In any case, I've removed Base Tech Rebalance as a "required item". It wasn't actually required and in this case it might be what's causing the issue, since it's definitely not compatible with Supper's Combat Overhaul.
... on another note, I'm pretty sure Base Tech Rebalance also replaces the .lua files since it changes the keybindings. In that regard, you shouldn't be using both Base Tech Rebalance and Supper's Combat Overhaul at the same time. They aren't compatible with each other as one will overwrite the other.
Might be a good place for me to start lol
In any case, this mod uses .patch files and it was set to load last, so I doubt it's a mod conflict unless you have a mod that replaces the original .lua and .tech files in a way that removes the parameter that the .patch file is patching. :P
