Ympyrätalo

Ympyrätalo (lit. Circle House) is a cylindrical office building and a landmark in Helsinki. The building was originally built for bank offices in the 1960's. It's a curious example of modernist architecture.

The asset is a bit darker and has less transparent windows than the one seen in the screenshots. I might update the preview pictures in the near future.

The model has about 8100 triangles, mostly because round things tend to be triangle-consuming. For the same reason the LOD also has about 1450 triangles. At certain zoom level there might be some oddities with the LOD, I'll fix it if someone is able point out what it is that I should fix...

The building footprint is 10 × 10 tiles. If you're placing this building next to roads, you'll probably need Road Anarchy. For best results, make a curve around the building using 7 u radius with 4 u wide roads (avenues) or 6 u radius with 2 u wide streets.

The building includes RICO settings but I'm not quite sure about the worker numbers.
Without RICO, the building has the same stats as Colossal Order Offices, so it should be located in level 3 unique buildings.
