This mods gives Heir Crimson Court and Color of Madness trinkets, which are earned using the mechanics introduced by those DLCS. Those trinkets are:

Engraved Letter Opener (Crimson Court)

+10% DMG, +5 ACC, -10% DODGE

Opened Letter (Crimson Court)

+20% Blight Skill Chance, +20% Debuff Skill Chance, +10% stress

Set Bonus: +25% Stress Skills


Globetrotter's Coat(Crystaline)

+15% Stress Skills when Crests are in inventory, +10% DODGE when Deeds are in inventory, +3 SPD when Portraits are in inventory, +20% Blight Chance when Busts are in inventory, +8% Crit received chance when Heirlooms are in inventory

Ethereal Elixir (Crystaline)

+15% Virtue Chance, On Monster Kill: Reset all cooldowns
