100Geisha

描述
Lets you recruit more geisha by increasing cap of all vanilla agents to 100 and getting rid of unique building caps for all top tier buildings. So you could build a Infamous Mizu Shobai District, any legendary you want and a nanban Quarter in every providence.

Welp having more geisha is fine, but having an agent night mare ♥♥♥♥ no. Rather have a stronger geiha. Or the baility to build more legendaries buildings
