Unlocks all buildings slots. Works with mods that increase the building slot count like
EG* - Planet View + 36 Building Slots
or
Bigger Planet View + 36 Building Slots

To prevent the AI from building useless building they doesn't have pops for use ¡Glavius's Ultimate AI

Can confirm, AI builds lots of useless buildings. Having conquered my second world with like, 10 consumer good factories and 6 pops. Oh well, a multiplayer only mod.
