Landmines

Adds a simple landmine to the game. To construct landmines you need to research Landmines, which requires first researching IEDs. The new research option is also placed after IEDs in the research tree.

You can build Landmines for storage with the machining table. Once you have a landmines in storage, you can select a position for the mine to be installed by using the landmine thing from the Security tab.

To bring some realism, landmine damage is directly done on legs only. This also means that you have a better chance of capturing enemies, because they will either be slowed down, or downed by torn off legs. They will die however if they walk on multiple mines. Due to the limited blast radius, a single mine exploding won't blow up your whole mine field, just the mines that have been walked on.

Mines can't be placed adjacently so you can't just create an unpassable line, but creating multiple lines of mines will increase the chance of someone walking on one.
