Value smoother

描述
This controller takes the input value and returns a stabilized output value.
You can change the stabilization factor between 1 (not stabelized) to 100 (stabelized over 100 frames).

Don't know what you exaclty mean with "gun stabilizer" This controller smoothes the input curve to get rid of spikes an jitter. If you want the gun to stay at a target this controller can help to smoothen the movement.
