Has two outputs:

blue:
The current fuel usage rate in liters per minute.
The fuel sensors generally provide somewhat jittery readouts, so this value is using a rolling average function to keep it from jumping around too much.

green:
The time remaining until the tank is empty, displayed in minutes:seconds.

After doing a lot of testing this seems to be really messed up somehow.
Its saying I'm using 35 liters of fuel per minute and have 35 minutes of fuel left. This is impossible if I only have a total of 182 liters of fuel!

You need to fix your drain rate calculations because 1,225 liters of fuel is way to far off of 182 to even be useable.
