porly07 your welcome, I keep going back to it as well. I have tried loads of variations trying to better it. After while you may find you dont win as many but the stats always stay strong. Thanks for the feedback

Yes, I just go with the assistant. I sometimes pick hard tackle if they have players with high aggression.

Do you use any kind of instructions against the other team's players?

Looks good so far, defence is surprisingly solid. My team is a bit rubbish winger wise so that may be holding the formation back a bit
