This is a main part of my improved Graphic User Interface for NWN.

Includes:
- Transparent windows in game and menu.
- Completely changed visual of the menu.
- Colourized icons in game windows.
- Changed colours of numeral infomation about damage to red.
- Improved Hit Points bar.
- Changed visual of loading bar with percentage thresholds.
- Changed colours of pin at map. (Green - allies. Blue - summon)
- Red rest button when in fight.
- HiRes damage numbers in new font.
- a lot more...


Some ten years ago I had this project to improve GUI of my favourite game, NWN. It was a compilation of icons I found on vault and similar, with part of files created by me. With release of EE and integrating the steam workshop, I thought it would be nice to share this GUI of mine. So I started to clean it off other people's work and revisioned all my files, trying to complete all relevant unchanged images. After few months I made this releaseable version, which will probably still need some tuning. So help me with it and leave comments, opinions and suggestions in discusion.

Really nice look - but the fuzzy animated borders are bit distracting, imho.

You use some image browser and just find which seems to be the one image fitting the placeholder in game. I have never found any list or guide or scheme.

As I am overriding the default one with mine, best way would be to manually copy it to the override folder and delete the ones you don't like.

This is not meant to be an insult to your work, but could we get a file to replace the zig-zaggy borders with straight borders? It hurts the eyes a bit to look at the borders for long periods of time... No offense intended.

Hi,
I am using ametyst's spells and scroll icons myself and it works for me. But not sure if not as override. Also workshop has some strange behaviour in general. I would recommend try copy the files to NWNdir/override and see if it works.
But I don't intend to do it. It would be at one or two least hundred hours of work on something, which is already done in great quality. But if you wish to do so, I can assist you with testing and releasing.
Also I don't know why it should collide, I am not touching one of those spell icons with my work, so maybe if you do some testing and come up with what is the problem, I can try to address this. I cannot test it, as I do not experience any problem.

Could you do spells and Spell Scrolls as its own thing? Amethyst Dragon's Spell/Scroll icons dont seem to work with your mods (Last i checked)

Hi, I looked into the cinematics buttons, but it cannot be changed more, for the same texture is used by other buttons elsewhere, and it would borked those instead. I believe someone from Black Isle didn't expect anyone would be toying with those files, so he just reused it for basic black background.
Press on it effect is the golden dust everywhere in the button.
