Sit in Bed

Allows prisoners to sit in beds, bunk beds and superior beds, removing the need for a chair in cell to sit down, for example to watch TV.

Sitting in bed does not alter cell grading in any way, and a chair in cell still increases cell grading.

Compatible with PA update 15 and 16, possibly also with older versions (not tested)

History:

* V0.2: fixes an issue with bunk beds not always allowing both prisoners to use it, and hopefully fixes a cosmetic issue with prisoners appearing sitting although they are sleeping, at least for normal beds.

* V0.2.1: Purely cosmetic, no content change.

Known issues:

* Minor: Bunk beds sometimes make prisoners sleep in sitting posture. They sleep, it is just that they look like they are sitting. Think someone falling asleep in a sofa chair. I even believe the game engine makes the same mistake when the prisoner goes from sitting to sleeping without delay. I currently do not have a solution for this issue.
