And also to make Nevadians (nor Grunts) based off of Madness combat oc's like Acid-sama, Gabriel Barsch, Velour, Zapzhon, and Salterino's Liz

I just learned about the bald hair thing.

How many races are experiencing baldness? I know at least the Felin are, and it doesn't appear to be caused by using any of the "Feb's Cuter Felins" mods.
