Exercise [OBSOLETE]

* THIS MOD IS NOW OBSOLETE AS THE DEVS HAVE ADDED EXERCISE INTO THE BASE GAME *

(Please note before downloading that ZonaryQuasar has kindly taken over and updated/improved upon this mod so I would suggest heading to his workshop version of the mod here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1844075722 and downloading that version. I just don't have the time to update or improve on this mod. Thanks to everyone who subscribed and enjoyed using the mod. I hope to return to modding this amazing game in the future. Also thanks to ZonaryQuasar for taking over and making the mod better!)

This mod currently adds 2 more ways to level up the strength and fitness skill.

I made this mod for personal use and decided to release to the public. At the moment it is very slow progression (intended) - I didn't want it to be OP.

You can exercise on the spot at anytime in the game by right clicking and choosing the "Training" option. You will then see exercises of pushups and cardio.

Exercise Strength by doing Pushups (50xp in Strength and 10xp in fitness)
Exercise Fitness by doing Cardio (60xp in fitness only)

After each exercise you will need to take a break due to exertion this is to stop it being too OP since I increased XP gains slightly. You can continue until you are completley exhausted, although I would advise against this unless in a super safe zone.
When you exercise you will get more hungry, thirsty and will slightly tire over time but will also remove boredome, panic, stress & anger.

YOU MUST FINISH EACH EXERCISE TO GAIN XP!

I may extend upon this mod in the future and balance it some more - Ideas are welcome, thanks.

@Monkey Butt Gamer This is currently a bug in the base game. I tested with all my mods disabled. Fitness will stop leveling up after you hit level 6. Please report this bug on the forums =) Again, it is not a mod bug, it is a base game bug.

well can you tell him, since his not responding to my comment, that after Level 6 in fitness it's stops working.

Hello @YepThatsMyName - Yep, I keep an eye on the updates for the game, this mod was made some time ago and carried on by @ZonaryQuasar

But I must say I'm happy to see the devs adding this feature to the game as it was needed for strength and fitness. Thanks for stopping by :steamhappy:

you have to eat a lot more with this mod and soon you will become obese, any way you can fix this?
