FoTS Building a Nation - A Building Pack

After a while, It Finally Hits Me: There is a Lot of Unit Packs, but Never Building Packs, outside of Overhauls.

So, Why not build one?
Building Mods can give more substantial effects for The Campaign than Unit Packs...and make players need to Earn for bonuses Themselves, rather than given mods, lets say Cheaper Upkeep, Faster Research, and the likes of it...
I admit I'm Heavily Influenced By Sekigahara Campaign for the Ideas of Most Buildings, and Some others Like TROM or MBS...
The Lord seeks to Restoring, Unifying, and Rebuilding The County at War, rather than just Killing, Sacking, Taking Sons and Husbands into endless wars... The Building Project shall prove that!
