These weren’t made with ACF in mind but yeah you can do it that way if you want

pac3? just use holos, it's much better (with acf/prop cars).

The vehycle type rag is exactly made for drivable vehicles. Not props

Well, id say the purpose of this is for PAC3 users, you can simply swap this onto a s14 chassy or any other chassy and have a functioning vehicle. It still is a car body so it does qualify as a vehicle.

Because it’s technically a vehicle, just because it’s not actually a working vehicle doesn’t mean I can’t tag it as vehicle
