描述
Generals earn enough skillpoints per level to unlock every skill within it.

Check out the other Additional Skillpoints - Generals mods:Check out the Additional Skillpoints - Agents mods:
For generals of the Ikko Ikki faction it is not possible to unlock every skill in every level because they have a different skill tree but at the end you are still able to get any skill with them.

I'm not sure if the AI will also spend them in every skill or if they just follow thier normal behavior.
