Killing Floor Classic FAL ACOG Reticle

Turns the ACOG reticle that the FAL, M99 and M14EBR use into the reticle that the FAL from KF1 had.
Textures ripped straight from KF1.

Installation instructions:

1. Subscribe and then launch KF2 so the packages download. Close the game afterwards.
2. Go to the download located at C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\1506247414\0 and find the Published folder then Copy it.
3. Go to C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame and paste the Published folder in KFGame
