Killing Floor Classic AMR ACOG Reticle

Turns the ACOG reticle that the M14EBR, M99 and FAL use into a similar style to what KF1's M99 AMR used to have as closely as I could replicate it.
Its not 100% like it since the blue parts aren't transparent and the sizes are smaller compared to KF1s counterpart but had to be small so it also fits the M14EBR as well.

Installation instructions:

1. Subscribe and then launch KF2 so the packages download. Close the game afterwards.
2. Go to the download located at C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\1427228888 and find the Published folder then Copy it.
3. Go to C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame and paste the Published folder in KFGame
