Building cost 6-10 mil
Furniture cost 10 mil
Sales & Marketing - 24 offices / 96 desks
Research & Development - 8 offices / 80 desks
3 Large Conference Rooms
12 Meeting rooms
Large CEO's office
Warehouse & Distribution - 5 Million print capacity (Room for expansion)
Server Room
Large Kitchen / Canteen
Connected Multi-storey Car park (3 floors / 70 spaces). Built in Lift block and hidden heating generators

i would suggest making the grid size smaller when you place letters and you'll get better kerning. Nice otherwise.
