Large Office Complex

描述
A large Office complex with designed for easy parking/access and all working activity on one floor for easy monitoring.

Multi-storey car park with ground floor parking beneath the building
large warehouse and server space
14 offices seating between 6 and 12 per room. Room for expansion or easily make the rooms smaller for more teams

Align the center of the front path with the bus stop for placement. Works better with the grid size at 1/2.

***SEE LAST PIC for PLACEMENT*** - The path at the bottom of the blueprint/build fits around the small area next to the bus stop that has no grid (No build area).

I have only tried this on the larger plot size, rural map with no other buildings.

Please also note, the roads do not copy to the blueprint, so these need to be added in yourself. The above placement is crucial for the roads to fit.

Requires additional mods for some of the furniture and textures. Can all be downloaded with the following mod collection, link below:

this seed on rural warm seems to be decent, just pricey (bigger plots)

Hi Jessie,

This one I built prior to the last major update, before they introduced the lakes.

I've not come across a seed that doesn't have them. This build is a little dated now.

Have you tried one of my more recent builds? I've listed the seeds for them. I recommend the Lynx Business Park. I think that one is probably my best build and well balanced. Much easier to copy paste the rooms also.

So did you use a seed for this map? Reason I ask is due to when I try to do it, I can't place it down due to water plots that I can't own.

Also if you can if its no bother upload some pics of the parking lot for how you did the layout for the roads. Not really smart at placements. Thanks

Got it working! You see our bus stop like the no build area are different lengths so I lined the bus stop sign with the middle of the path (shown in the photo) and everything is alined! Thanks for the help! Great mod!

Hi, I tried manually inserting the roads of the parking lot but it some places especally the main entrance you cannot build a road as it says you cannot build above a room I think you need to make it more clear on where you need to place it as I am not too sure where the main path should line up maybe a photo?

Sorry, I'm not maintaining this mod. I'm not sure if the other mods I used are maintained also.

When you say the parking lot didn't load in, is it just the road missing or the walls? if it's the road, you'll see a response to that below (Roads don't save to blueprints, you have to draw them in yourself). I did load it in last week on a new game and it seemed fine then. I could draw the roads in to the lot with no issues.

Hi, I have loaded the map in, but there are errors everywhere and the parking lot isn't loaded in fully is this supposed to happen I have subscribed to all the mods? Using A11 I think
