A boy call 911 because he has no friends to talk to, you can turn him down and make him hangup and thats the end of it...
If you keep going you find out the boy is being bullied and having issues with his father... As the yelling increases and the further you go it will be up to you if you hangup on him or try to help him out...

Unfortunately, with the initial call and the way it's written, no 911 operator would be allowed to remain on the line to talk to him. The child would be directed to something like 988 as 911 operators aren't allowed to remain on the line to just talk. If there isn't an emergency they have to clear the line. It's a nice little story and an interesting one, but it doesn't fit the game in it's current state.

Call ID - startcall dt

If you're unsure or creator doesn't provide CALL ID you can find it yourself by Starting game and selecting Edit Calls and to the left of the call names you'll see the startcall IDs
