Does Vanilla include one version of you ALB Velebit? I have two versions in my game: "LSB Velebit" (of Workshop) and "DD Velebit Luxury" (of Vanilla)... I don't understand! xD

If you look at structural integrity in debug mode, this base is all red on one side, with full ground/foundation support.

I placed it, and it broke in half when I tried to place a sprout in the planter on a RE server. Maybe needs some structural updates to the design because of newly implemented physics?
