This vessel is available if you hit unlock level 7. If you´re lucky enough to reach unlock level 10, then you might install yourself 4 additional T1 drill modules.

The blocks that have to be removed if you want to install those drill modules are marked with yellow and black stripes, located at the front of the vessel.
