No GavelKind Default to Primogeniture

Disabled Gavelkind and makes all titles that would use Gavelkind instead use Primogeniture

unfortunately for old saves titles will keep there current laws

this is done by making the following laws always invalid
Gavelkind
Elective Gavelkind

and making Seniority require crown authority/centralization so it would not be picked as a starting law

and by making Primogeniture always valid for feudal characters

this mod is made with Crusader Kings 2 version "3.3 (XDSW)" and is tested to be Working with "3.3.3(SOHY)" there is no guarantee that this mod will work with other versions of Crusader Kings 2 if this mod does not with with a newer version of Crusader Kings 2 please let me know so i can update this mod
