The first tweak made it an unplayable Valmont's without crits, and the second one added a kick and the Übermensch pull we know today.

This mod replaces modern Wrenching with the OG one from before version 0.5.10 with 115 base dps, no crits, no combos and no bul​lsh​it. The hook effect might be a bit stronger than it used to, but it's still weaker than vanilla.

Works with any mod that doesn't edit Wrenching Whip (item/HookWhip, weapon/HookWhip).

Subscribe to this mod via workshop and enable mod support in Settings->Gameplay, then restart your run from the main menu.
