Based on the fact that carbon material is normally used in 3d printing I found it strange that most of the components have no carbon cost.

This Mod reduces the cost of aluminum and iron by 20% on outpost components and adds a 20% carbon cost.

As carbon and plastic is already apart of the Rad protected components I left the resource costs as is. My opinion is the increased density of iron, aluminum,carbon and plastic make up for the radiation protective properties of those pieces.
