Why does it randomly have missing textures on a steering wheel?

i cant find it anywhere in the spawn menu i have everything you need downloaded

as everyone has said, as soon as you hit 270 kph the car decides that it's a plane instead and starts flying

I have been using this F1 car for awhile now and i can say it is a great creation. The speed varies from a 275 to a whopping 283kph, so it goes fast . So fast that sometimes if on a long strait going at a high speed, it will shoot your 276kph ass up into the sky with no warning. And even though it may sound annoying,it's a pretty good feature none the less cause sometimes you gotta have limitations. the turning even though it may be slow can be pretty good if you want to practice your driving technique on hitting those corners. This is the great mod for a great vehicle. It has the right tuning for someone who likes speed. As of all vehicles, it tends to have it flaws. or should I say only flaw. like the ERROR that pops up in the top left corner of the loading screen. It makes no sense to see why it has that, but it doesn't do anything but just stand there. This is an amazing vehicle. this is a mod definitely worth checking out if you have the time,and yea that's how i think of it.

speed stops at speed 273 '-'

the font of number of gear is too large. how to shrink it?

I seem to have some problems with the textures. The steering wheel and axles are missing textures. What should I do to fix my problem?
