Logic: Up/Down Counter with Startvalue

This variant doesn't have a breaker, meaning that you can keep the buttons pressed to change the counter continously.

Blue button added that resets the counter to the current altitude reading.
The button is set to start on (then immediately resets itself), so the counter also starts at the current ALT.
