(CURRENTLY OUT OF DATE, BUT STILL WORKS)
A better version of the in-game map, showing all the borders / regions.

This mod (and my other mods) are on hold, while I work on some real-life projects.

It is not realistic to have this kind of information but here is your mod if you're minmaxing.

Best one I've found. Looks authentic and does not obstruct the topography with strong colors.
