(WOTC) Enhanced Frag Grenades

This is a cosmetic mod that adds enhanced grenades to the game, which are numerically identical to plasma grenades but have the look of (and explode like) ordinary frag grenades.

Plasma grenades are great if your entire squad is using beam weapons and running around in power armor, but if you'd rather keep the look of conventional weapons (using a mod like Three Tier Cosmetic Weapons, for example) then you probably want more traditional-looking grenades, too... so here they are!
