Designated Laying Spots

描述
Have you ever wanted to throw that rickety old wooden bed away and resort to the ground?
Have you ever wanted to become a space-hobo who can sleep anywhere, anytime?

Well, now you can with "Designated Laying Spots!"

Designated Laying Spots is a mod that adds the ability to place two bed-like objects right on flat ground, allowing you to lay right there on that dirty dirt! The mod comes with two objects, one which allows you to lay face down, and the other allowing you to lay face-up. The objects are also invisible, and craftable in the (C)rafting Menu.

The mod is fully multiplayer compatible, provided all clients have said mod.

Enjoy!

@platform gun enthusiast

I don't mod Starbound anymore, but it is possible. I removed the feature though because as I said to someone else, laying on dirt shouldn't heal you, and also considering that the DLS costs a few pixels.

I love this, I just wish it healed me like beds do.

@Taco

It does have that feature, as it is just an invisible sleeping bag, but the size of 1 block.

I notice that every time you get on the spot, you're always facing right most of the time (It's hard to get it to face left no matter how I try).
Do you notice how furniture flip whenever you press A or D? That determines where the character would face whenever they interact with them. Maybe you can implement this to your mod so it's more favorable?
