After people started looking into buying vans that came with a high roof in a stock configuration, paramedic organizations decided to purchase the Promaster (aka Freightliner, aka Mercedes) Sprinter. It's also used globally around the world, so of course it would fit into the Skylines fleet.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set paramedic/ambulance vehicles types for your hospitals and clinics.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
