[Outdated] Skys Outpost Plus

Hello :D I thought the outpost was really bland and boring, and after seeing it so many times i got sick of it D: i changed it up a bit to my enjoyment. Heres the list of things i changed (almost everything)
-Ursaminer is moved inside the building.
-Terramart is moved under the 2stop teleshop.
-Frogs furniture is moved under the new infinity express location (outside the 2stop teleshop)
-Infinity express is moved to the right, next to the 2stop teleshop.
-Penguin Pete is moved above the station, along with the repair robot and a broke ship (visual only :p)
-Penguin bay, weaponshop, beakeasy and the mazebound have been moved underground . ( I thought i would do this because penguins feel so shady, i found it really stupid/odd how CLEARLY illegal shops where mixed around with the normal shops as if no one knows there shady deals.)
-Mech shop has been moved under the paint sign shop (the same room terramart used to be)

You can get to the underground without the ball tech by using rope/hook still, for the scan the outpost quest. This is my first mod, and i know NOTHING about coding/programming. But if there is any bugs/problems please tell me and ill try my best to fix it! I also wanted to add another teleport to the "legal market" under the outpost, but i dont know how. If someone does can you please help me out? Thanks! I also want to work on a version that combines the Galactic market mod ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=734612226 ) with the outpost, but im still learning how to do things like that, if someone knows how to help me with something like that please add me, ill be glad to credit you for your help!
