The Homestuck Music Mod (1 of 3)

Hey, you. Yes, you. Do you like KIDS? Well, what about ZOMBIES? And, perchance, CONVOLUTED PLOTS THAT MANAGE TO HAVE AMAZING MUSIC? Then I'll bet you like EVERYTHING KIND OF BEING DEAD, too. And if you don't... eh, I would say give it a listen anyway, but you've most likely wandered off.

This mod replaces a LARGE portion of the game's native music. Stage intros? Yeah, got 'em. Concert music? All four, naturally. Special Infected themes? Well, I didn't touch the tells, but all of the SI maulings now have a lovely new coat of ear-worm to go with your utter frustration at restarting for the umpteenth time. End of campaign rescues, Witch warnings, death cam backing, safe room- all those, and more, re-envisioned through a RELENTLESSLY LIGHTHEARTED aural filter. Most of these songs were selected more for atmospheric and blind panic factor, rather than comedic value. Hopefully, anyone who is marginally up to date will require new pants and ceiling repairs, and for those (three) of you who aren't (or avoiding it like the plague), hopefully the result will still bequeath many moments of apropos panic.

Make sure that you've grabbed all three parts of the mod before starting, and be aware that most 3rd party servers don't seem to allow sound/music mods to play. If you're having issues, make sure you're on an officail dedicated OR local server. Also, the mod menu will probably say that the mods are conflicting with one another; this is more or less normal, as all three are modifying the /music folder and subfolders, just different parts of each. There is no inter-mod conflict, as far as I have found.
