Scorched City Parallax Fix

描述
This mod fixes an issue with the scorched city parallax and comes with improvements to the backgrounds to make the scorched city a little bit better.

Changes/Improvements
- Removed a singular black pixel in cityscapescorched5
This single pixel has been in the background for god knows how long and I have no idea why noone has gone off and fixed it before.

- Made cityscapescorched2 and 3's (buildings) sprites have less contrast with the rest of the parallax.
I found their windows to be way too gray and contrasting too heavily with the color palettes of the buildings. This simply tones them to the same similar colors to the buildings themselves so they fit in a bit more and don't stick out as much.



Not much other than that. Surprised noone has done this for the Scorched City before. Yeah, the changes are for subtle things but hey, someone's gotta do it.

Nice mod, even though its subtle it still makes the game look much nicer. I've always wondered this though, if we can discover a destroyed city how come we can never find undrestroyed ones in the game. Without mods of course,
