Have drunk college students to escort home? The officers of Cim University are here to help! Securing the campus is their main role, as they have limited jurisdiction outside the school.

We'll assume that CIMU is a state university, thus the police cars will have red/blue or whatever the official emergency color flares are in your city. Private universities cannot use the government police flares, but we can ignore that in Skylines. You can build your own Chirper University using this collection.
