No Jumpy (anti-bhop)

Stop 'em jumpy ♥♥♥♥♥ from gaining speed.

A passive anti-bunnyhopping addon without anything complicated - just two ConVars.
Works similarly like CS:S, CS:GO, and TF2's system for limiting speed.

sv_enablebunnyhopping (default 0) - Self-explanatory (0 = false, 1 = true)
sv_maxbunnyhoppingspeed (default 0) - Can be set from 0 to the value of sv_maxvelocity (default 3500)

Q: How do I stop 'sv_enablebunnyhopping' from resetting when restarting my game/server?
A: Open 'server.cfg' in server installation or 'listenserver.cfg' for local game installation and type on the next line 'sv_enablebunnyhopping 1' without the quotes.

Q: Does the value of 'sv_maxbunnyhoppingspeed' save on exit?
A: It should. I haven't tested the addon enough to say for certain though. Check 'server.vdf' and 'client.vdf' in the config folder to see if the value saves. You can open these files with a plain-text editor.
