The Armatis is a Heavy Invasion Assault Vessel (HIAV). It is meant to take hits. The "Small Vessel" is quite large, comparing it to my Apotheon Capital Vessel it is at least half the size of that CV. It has the possibility of landing on planetary surfaces.

Since I believe Armatis can take many hits, it should PvP well. I would like testing on this.

Base Stats
- Snake Paint Job at the Lower-Front Section.
- Epselon Federation Vehicle Class: Invasion.
- Number of Weapons: Maximum permitted.
- Maximum Number of Crew: 28.
- Speed of Vehicle: Moderate.

Mechanical Stats
- Hours of Fuel: In space: 26h:36m.
- Life Support Integrated.
- Warp is Integrated.
- Oxygen Tanks: 21.
- Ammo Boxes: 40.
- Generators: 24.
- Fuel Tanks: 103.
- Thrusters: 563.
- RCS: 564.

Keep in mind that all of these items are spread out throughout the vehicle. This allows the vessel to take critical hits and still be fully functional.

Armor Stats
There is armor spacing everywhere! Don't let the thin shape of the vessel trick you, it is spaced everywhere in some form. The last 2 photos showcased are examples of the armor spacing. You will notice the angled pieces, these are really nice to have for armor spacing because those peices have 1 of their walls always rendered. Which means when a lag shot occurs, it will hit one of those angled rendered plates before it can skip a wall entirely.

The vehicle's fighting compartment has forcefields that you can activate to prevent O2 leakage if a shot enters the compartment. Even if the forcefields are shot down, the room is sealed off completely to ensure O2 integrity.

As for the center living compartment in the vessel, if a window is shot out, there is a second window behind it, and if that window is shot out, there is an emergency forcefield that can be activated to ensure O2 integrity.

Weapon Stats
The maxium legal limit for each weapon is on the center-front of the ship, right in front of the fighter compartment. This allows for nicely centered firing.

Other Stats
The Ship has 3 points of entry, one on each side of the vessel, and one at the bottom of the vessel. The bottom entry is meant for extracting someone into the drop pod seats, or for dropping them off, of course. There are 10 drop pod seats available, and there are 16 regular seats available in the center of the ship, and 2 cockpit seats for controlling the ship. I'm aware that large scale ground assaults is not common in Empyrion, but one day I'm sure that we will have battles where troops can pour out of a vessel and carry out an assault.

Docking can be achieved at the upper-sides and the very bottom of the vessel. For the upper-docking, basically you secure the ship by having the top portion of the ship lay flat against some vertical surface. The docking on this ship was not meant to be universal with all stations because I make these vehicles compliment my designs, which for the most part are not horizontal docking pads. But you do have horizontal, flat docking-pads at the bottom due to player requests now.

Recommended Playstyle
Cardinal suggests that you attack your enemies facing forwards at all times, the most protective layers of spaced armor are in the front of the vessel, these huge shields of armor plating allow you to take really heavy hits from explosive shells, and extended firing from smaller caliber shells or energy weapons. As always, all my vehicles are connected to each other in the form that when in battle, they support each other and are not meant to fight alone. In the end, it's always nicer to have support.

Message From the Epselon Federation
We know that this vessel may be in usual need of fuel, since the vessel is so large and the rockets are numerous, but it was hard to try to find more space for stronger rockets because of the shape of this unique vessel. We hope this HIAV becomes of good use in raids since that is why we made this vessel.

Watched the vid, nice design (even if some i.... say its a copy). I prefer smaller and more agile SV but this thing is a beauty

it is like a lot of ships the mother ship in homeworld is very nearly and exact fit to this and I actually thought it was a capital vessel, before I read the stats
it's a design that is through out sci fi adventures. Very excellent work, you did a good job..
