Your other scenarios does almost have good ratings. Maybe you should check this one because it starts at 12:00 in middle of the winter and no ai. I think there is something happen with your package..

Is this the correct scenario?? It starts at 12 noon in the middle of winter!! Why do you fail a non-career scenario - it doesn't make sense.
