Belgian Detective Black Texture Fix

I went through the pain-staking and arduous journey of fixing the texture file for the Belgian Detective, as I found no functioning Workshop upload. I think it is also paintable, but I haven't tried. Please let me know what you think.
This texture/material will not replace the original material, UNLESS you give Workshop higher priority over the TF folder. (See instructions below)

TO GIVE WORKSHOP HIGHER PRIORITY THAN TF:
1 - Open Steam, and hover the mouse over "Library".
2 - In the drop-down menu, click on "Software".
3 - On the left-hand side, find "Source Filmmaker".
4 - Right-click "Source Filmmaker".
5 - Click on "Launch SDK".
6 - When the SDK program appears, click on "Edit Search Paths For Selected Mod" at the bottom of the window.
7 - Look for "Workshop" and drag it to the top by clicking and holding it, while simultaneously dragging it upwards to the top.
8 - Click "OK".
9 - If you followed these instructions correctly, then this is likely to work.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, DO NOT REVERT YOUR CHANGES, SIMPLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS DOWN BELOW.

Included in your Workshop subscription: models\workshop\player\items\spy\jul13_double_clue\jul13_double_clue_color.vtf

STEPS FOR ALTERNATIVE INSTALLATION (If above does not work. ):
1 - Locate the aforementioned file, ending in .vtf in either steamapps\common\Source Filmmaker\workshop or in Source Filmmaker\usermod .
2 - Copy it.
3 - Go to Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Source Filmmaker\game\tf\materials\models\workshop\player\items\spy\jul13_double_clue\

STOP --- MAKE SURE TO BACK UP THE ORIGINAL jul13_double_clue_color.vtf BEFORE CONTINUING IN CASE OF ANY ERRORS

4 - In the "jul13_double_clue" folder, paste your file.
5 - Your computer will ask you if you'd like to replace the file. If you've safely backed up the original file, you can go ahead and replace the file.
6 - If you have correctly applied the following instructions, this is likely to work.
