LOD of 2105 omg thats insane, and the higherst count in my 2000 mod collection. Nice building otherwise

This building doesnt have a properly optimized LOD, shown in the loading screen mod. "Very large LOD mesh 2105 triangles". If you can fix that'd be great. thanks! :hardhat:

Please consider making a version that uses the sign for "The Wash" in "Spongebob Squarepants"!
