This is a reupload from gamemaps.
I had to upload it here because people kept stealing my mods without permission and got away with it

Well, this thing is also just a skin. But you can use it as a base if you want.

I'm not a huge fan of the wheels for this retexture. They look too "modified" I guess, for a crown victoria.
