描述

This mod adds in blocks that have a simple color, and glow (except for black.) So far there are black, red, green, blue, and black blocks. (IDs use 9110-9114)

You can craft the black neon block from the tier 2 workbench, then you will be able to craft the other neon blocks after crafting the black neon block.
