Faster Settlement Build Times

描述
There are lots of cool and fun units at tier 3 and up, but it can take quite a while to get to them. There's a lot of variables that go into it, so I figured why not start with the easiest to edit - settlement build times.

What this mod does:
- Changes the build times of all major and minor settlements, but not cost or growth requirement
- Effects major and minor settlements of all non-horde races, excluding gates
- Second and third tier settlements build in 2 turns, fourth tier in 3 turns and final tier in 4 turns (down from 3/4/5/6)

Compatability: Should be compatible with everything that doesn't change settlement build time/cost. Save game compatible when I tested it.

You can turn it on without any problems, so I don't see why you couldn't turn it off. It only edits some numerical values, and the game's pretty resilient with those. Check turn 5 or so if you really want to be sure.

I need to restart a campaign because of a bug. So I want to cheat just to catch up to my mid-game. Could I turn this mod off in the middle of my campaign without any problems?

Ok you can totally have both active, but I'd recommend only using one just in case. There shouldn't be issues, but may as well play it safe.

Worked for me, so hopefully it works for you. I could've just updated this one, the compatible version works standalone, but i was worried about potential conflicts due to something weird. You only need to use the t4 minor version, the game may crash if you have this and that active.

You still need Mazz's mod active.

@Matthias You can run them simultaneously, but you won't get the reduction on the t4 minors if that's what you mean.

I hope it makes it harder. The AI takes WAY to long to reach higher tier enemys. Im hoping this mod moves things along faster. Played with it a bit, and it did seem like they were getting better stuff, which is exactly what I was after :)
