I don't know what's happening with Waggoner. As for the go via, when there's a stop at instruction, look at the 0mph measurement. This is the speed you have to be at to achieve the task. Change it to 1mph and it becomes a go via.

Can I ask you some things?

1. Every time I make a scenario with Waggoner, it comes up with a message saying: route blocked. Why does this happern.

2. How do you create go via instructions.
