Better Quest Complete Markers

描述
Changes the completed quest marker that appears over an NPC (previously a blue question mark) with a green check mark. I felt this was better at quickly conveying information.

✦ Officer Hotpants ✦ Right. Its a nice looking icon and all, but it seems weird to signify "This has been completed"

Always thought that blue question mark was a weird choice. It would make sense as a marker for a target you haven't met yet ("go find so and so") but not for the majority of quests where you're just turning things into the quest-giver.
