No Snow Accumulation

描述

Simply prevents snow from forming on blocks. This does not change any other aspect of the game nor does it remove any weather.

im building on a forest planet and for some reason it just decided to start snowing multiple times a day and screw everything up 10/10 work

its a shame the snow accumulation cant be set to disappear after a while. like as in melt.

this is amazing. BUT there are some builds that kinda need it, so im wondering if you could make a mod where you can throw snow like seeds.
