You need to replace the existing line of code with the following:
-arrSourceRewardMissionTypes=(MissionSource="MissionSource_Retaliation", RewardType="Reward_None", MissionFamily="ChosenRetaliation", XPackMissionSource=true)
This way it will work the other way around, instead removing the Haven Assault missions and replacing them with the standard Terror missions from the base game.
You can also add any other missions in that file to be removed by looking at the XcomMissionSources.ini under:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Config
You need to look for the mission that you want removed (CTRL+F to search, type retaliation for all retaliation missions, Rescue soldier for rescue soldier missions etc.) and add a "-" at the beginning of the line (excluding quotation marks) to remove it.
now with this little gem [WOTC] Militia Overhaul
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1555611129
the Militia are even more capable of defending themselves.
