i guess the problem is solved the same way it is solved in ets2.

If I remember correctly, the problem with "employees won´t drive anymore" can be fixed if you edit "economy_data.sii" and change the line "driver_skilled_job_prob" from 1.5 to 0.8. "economy_data.sii" is in "steamapps\workshop\content\270880\1113614255\latest\def". Your welcome."
