Replaces the in-game loans with a brand new venture capital system.


The seed investment is the first investment in your company, meant to be used to get your business going. At the start of a new game you will be prompted with a dialog where you can choose between three different investors for your seed investment. You can choose multiple investors in the beginning, but keep in mind that the more investors you have, the less money you'll get to keep for yourself.

When you have one or multiple investors invested in your company, you can start to buy shares from them to lower the share of your income that they take, or sell shares to them to get more money. You cannot however sell more shares to an investor if it would cause your own share to drop below 50%. To make it simple, one share is equal to one percent. No investor wants to own less than 10% of your company however, so if you want to buy more shares from them after that you'll have to buy all 10 at once.

At any point in the game you can bring on new investors to get some extra cash when you need it. You cannot however accept an investor if their investment would cause your own share to drop below 50%. Some investors aren't unlocked until certain tiers, but they might be worth waiting for since they usually provide larger investments and better deals.
